Trading Assistant - Local

Trading Assistant - Local at Sainsbury’s in Southend-On-Sea. You’ll work as part of a small team to keep the store ready for customers, stock replenishment from the warehouse (up to 15KG) to shelves, serve at checkouts, assist with deliveries, and support Click & Collect and on-demand grocery ordering. Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations, check dates on fresh produce and groceries, and help customers with queries. Be prepared to work flexibly in a fast-paced, physical environment, learn new digital tools, and take initiative to complete tasks while maintaining store presentation.
