Job Summary
Trading Assistant role at Sainsbury's in Dorchester (UK). Temporary part-time position with set weekend and weekday shifts: Sunday 14:00-22:00, Tuesday 08:00-12:00, Saturday 12:00-18:00. Responsibilities include stocking from warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG), replenishing shelves, serving customers at checkouts, assisting with deliveries, supporting Click & Collect and on-demand grocery ordering, maintaining store cleanliness, building product knowledge, and proactively helping customers. Also involves date checking of produce and groceries and providing recommendations to customers; fully trained across skills to learn and develop in a fast-paced, high-energy store environment.
