Job Summary
Trading Assistant - Local at Sainsbury’s will support store operations including stocking from the warehouse (up to 15KG), replenishing shelves, serving at checkouts, assisting with deliveries, and helping customers with Click & Collect and on-demand grocery orders. You’ll build product knowledge, learn promotions, date-check fresh produce, maintain a clean, well-presented store, and be ready to help customers across a fast-paced, high-energy environment while working as part of a supportive team. Training will cover a variety of skills and digital tools to deliver a great shopping experience.
