Job Summary
Analyst to support the Trading department within the Structured Investments Distribution team. Responsibilities include entering orders into iCapital Exchange, resolving trade breaks and DKs, sending offering documents to RBC for securities setup, assisting with opening new accounts at RBC and in Bloomberg, monitoring TRACE reports, confirming orders with RIAs, broker dealers, and issuers for accuracy, running trades in Bloomberg using TOMs, and month-end closeouts. Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or economics and Series 7/63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 4 months). The role involves cross-functional collaboration with vendors and clients and offers a base salary range of $65,000-$75,000 with benefits and an in-office Monday-Thursday schedule and remote option on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics
- Series 7 and 63 licenses or must obtain licenses within 4 months of hire date
- Operational or trading experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and solid attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Able to escalate and communicate effectively
- Able to work independently and take initiative
