Job Summary
Acquire technical knowledge of fixed income products and investment portfolio strategy to support trade desk operations. Distribute and execute bond auctions while maintaining intraday line item P&L and reporting records. Develop relationships with street participants, customers, and salespersons using third-party analytics software like Yieldbook and Bloomberg. Communicate promptly with salespeople and traders, inputting trades into ticketing systems per industry rules. Manage miscellaneous desk projects and ensure accurate market data documentation. This role offers operational exposure and serves as a path to a trading position within an employee-owned investment bank focused on long-term impact.
