Job Summary
Oversee Food and Beverage outlet operations and manage guest service standards by scheduling, training, and evaluating staff. Direct daily work activities, inspect conformance to quality and cleanliness protocols, and address guest inquiries or complaints professionally. Ensure transactions and cash-handling procedures are followed accurately while controlling labor costs. Requires one year of supervisory experience, TIPS certification, and the ability to work fast-paced shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime in a high-volume restaurant environment with potential exposure to loud noises and smoke.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work fast and efficiently completing multiple tasks in a professional manner
- Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
- Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to serve both internal and external customers
- Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
- Ability to control labor costs
- Must be able to walk and / or stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel
- Must be able to reach and twist routinely
- Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects routinely
- Must have the ability to independently lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must have good eye hand coordination
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays
- Occasionally overtime may be required
- Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals

- TIPS training and certification
- Bloodborne Pathogens training
- Effectively Handling Harassment training
- Treasure Island Food Handling Procedures training
- Any position-related training as determined by department manager
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows
