Job Summary
Coordinate packing, shipping, and return of booths, samples, and event assets for tradeshows and exhibits. Manage shipments across multiple carriers, prepare shipping documentation, and inspect incoming freight to resolve carrier issues. Maintain accurate inventory records in Exhibit Force, conduct regular audits, and update digital logs with shipment information. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while assembling crates and ensuring warehouse compliance with OSHA standards. Collaborate with project managers, sales, and clients to guarantee seamless event execution and on-time delivery. Travel up to 50% for onsite setup, teardown, and asset staging.
Required Qualifications
- Membership in the Carpenter's Union after 90 days of employment
- 3+ years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for tradeshows and events
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (Exhibit Force preferred)
