Job Summary
Assist instructors in Automotive, Construction, and Electrical programs with classroom and lab activities, student enterprise operations, and tool maintenance. Model safety and professionalism while working directly with students under supervision. Manage organization of resources across three distinct trades at the discretion of the CTC Director. Requires high school graduation, OSHA certification, five years of trade experience, and a valid driver's license. Position involves thirty hours per week during the 2025-26 school year as a grant-funded role with no benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or high school equivalency certificate
- Hold or be eligible for an OSHA Safety certification in a Trade or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive, Construction, Electrical, or a related trade
- Possess an aptitude for general mechanical work
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Must be able to develop a rapport with students and colleagues
- Must Possess a valid Driver's License
- Preference given for CDL
- Must Pass a BCI Criminal Background Check
