Job Summary
Manage and oversee the Fohntech operation in Belgium, including arranging flights, processing A1 and visa applications, organizing accommodation, and conducting regular site inspections. Coordinate staff rotations, process time sheets, and handle employee queries while ensuring full compliance with Belgian labour laws and EU regulations. Direct the local team, build relationships with clients and partners, and compile weekly and monthly reports for the Group. Identify business opportunities to meet financial KPIs and maintain effective communication with Irish head office.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labour law
- Knowledge of employment practices in Belgium
- Knowledge of cultural norms in Belgium
- Ability to coordinate with Irish-based management
