Job Summary
Assist in installing stone benchtops, splashbacks, and cladding to the highest standard while helping conduct site checks to confirm layout, access, and readiness. Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and internal teams, and assist in operating company vehicles and equipment safely. Identify and report safety, quality, or maintenance issues as you learn from industry professionals to continuously grow your skills. This hands-on role supports experienced installers in fitting premium stone benchtops and interior architectural features, offering on-the-job training across South Australia's leading kitchen renovation retailers and residential builders.
Required Qualifications
- A strong eagerness to learn a new craft and build a career in joinery and stone installation
- Confidence using hand tools
- A basic ability to read and interpret plans and drawings, or a willingness to learn
- Strong organisation, good problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive commitment to workplace health and safety
- A full driver's licence (no restrictions)
- A current White Card
