Job Summary
Own trader interactions from start to resolution through live chat, phone, and emails; troubleshoot trading platforms and internal systems with confidence and urgency; maintain in-depth product knowledge and contribute to the trader-focused Learning Center and knowledge bases; educate traders on how Topstep works; participate in beta testing and collaborative team projects; support cSAT and QA goals while delivering high-touch, white-glove service in a fully remote to hybrid environment; role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work asynchronously with a remote-friendly schedule (8-hour shifts starting around 7:00am CT) in Omaha, NE.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, service desk, fintech, trading support, or customer-facing technical support roles
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience is preferred
- Access to high speed internet
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
