Job Summary
Conduct structured training in options market making, pricing, probability, and risk through theory-led sessions delivered by in-house traders. Execute trading simulations and mock trading using live market tools or custom-built systems to develop practical screen and broker skills. Shadow desk operations and participate in additional sessions covering macroeconomics, technical training, and project work. Receive ongoing feedback and check-ins from the Trading and Emerging Talent teams while progressing through clear learning milestones.
Required Qualifications
- A penultimate year undergraduate or master's student
- Strong numeracy skills
- A solid understanding of probability and statistics
- A willingness to adopt and utilise emerging AI technologies
- An entrepreneurial thinker with the ability to generate ideas, take initiative and drive innovation
- A critical problem solver and decision maker who can analyze situations, think clearly and make effective decisions
