Job Summary
Execute trades accurately across various account types, including mutual funds, equities, options, and fixed income for both managed and retail brokerage accounts. Support portfolio rebalancing activities and assist financial advisors with investment product inquiries and trading processes. Monitor trading reports, margin activities, and account management tasks while improving trading processes and participating in special projects. Provide exceptional service to advisors and internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert on investment products and trading procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Experience in trading, portfolio administration, or wealth management operations
- Active Series 7 & Series 63 licenses (or ability to obtain them within 90 days)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex investment concepts to advisors and clients
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
