Job Summary
Execute sales trading coverage for assigned accounts by managing simultaneous buying and selling orders within the firm's risk framework. Maintain and grow revenue while operating live trading activity, providing transaction cost analysis, and delivering targeted content on market microstructure. Build top-ranked relationships with traders to close account gaps and advise clients on execution strategies and hedging approaches. Monitor client efficiency, analyze trends, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Requires subject-matter knowledge of products, clients, and volatility to drive responsible growth and support the firm's mission of helping financial lives better.
