Job Summary
Trademark Paralegal role supporting trademark clearance, prosecution, deadlines, renewals, and maintenance; prepares and files USPTO applications, drafts non-substantive responses to Office Actions, coordinates with clients for documents and specimens, reviews marketing materials for trademark compliance, manages docket and watch notices, assists with TTAB and UDRP matters, and supports global trademark strategies across multiple offices with a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A college degree and/or paralegal certificate is required
- 4+ years of experience as a trademark paralegal is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in WebTMS and USPTO filing procedures
- Knowledge of U.S. and international trademark prosecution rules and procedures
- Ability to work overtime as needed
