Trademark Paralegal II

Job Summary
Prepare and file USPTO and TTAB documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and prosecution filings. Manage deadlines for domestic and international trademark matters, conduct clearance searches, and analyze results for potential conflicts. Coordinate with international counsel, review bills for accuracy, and assist with document productions and litigation directory maintenance. Support deposition and trial preparation, perform legal research, and draft findings for trademark enforcement. Stay current on laws and procedures while providing guidance to junior staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years relevant experience in trademark and copyright matters
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the litigation process and e-discovery
- Demonstrated knowledge of e-discovery concepts such as litigation holds, preservation of data and chain of custody
- Knowledge of TTAB and court procedures, methods and practices, and their applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Capability to maintain an extensive docket and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work well under deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved school
- litigation and TTAB experience
- Trial experience
- experience with database programs and document management systems
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
