Job Summary
Draft and review trademark applications and registrations while conducting trademark searches. Respond to trademark inquiries and oppositions, and manage trademark portfolios. Provide legal advice to clients on IP matters. This role supports the IP/Trademark team of our client. Candidates must have three or more years of experience in an IP law firm or corporate IP department, along with a strong understanding of IP law including trademarks.
