Job Summary
As a Trademark Docket Manager, you will manage the firm's trademark and copyright docket, ensuring prompt and accurate docketing of deadlines for domestic and international matters. Key responsibilities include supervising the docketing team, updating operating manuals, interfacing with attorneys for information requests, and maintaining the docketing database. You are expected to have comprehensive trademark and copyright docketing experience, preferably in a law firm setting, along with strong leadership, strategic planning, and project implementation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive U.S. and international trademark and copyright docketing experience
- Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment
- Supervisory experience required
- Experience with strategic planning, project implementation and training development
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, reason logically and make sound decisions
