Job Summary
Trademark Attorney needed for a fully remote role with a Washington, DC-based firm. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive trademark searches and clearances, advising on trademark strategy (application, opposition, monitoring), clear client communications regarding processes and risks, managing multiple files independently to meet deadlines, and participating in team calls. Qualifications include 3+ years of trademark prosecution experience (4–6 preferred); big law experience is a plus but not required; ability to think critically and provide strategic counsel; strong client-facing communication; self-starter with solid remote-work time management; international portfolio experience is a plus.
