Job Summary
Lead analytics initiatives agenda for Trade & Working Capital portfolio, driving end-to-end analytics roadmaps across predictive models and LLM applications that inform origination, pricing, limit setting, renewals, and distribution. Partner with Product, Sales, Risk, Finance, and Data/Technology to scope problems, set success criteria, coordinate development and testing, and deliver senior-ready insights and narratives for committees and senior management. Design user-friendly interfaces translating complex data into actionable views, drive adoption and change management, and ensure governance with Risk/Legal/Compliance for responsible AI use and audit readiness. The role offers high exposure to senior decision-making forums and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading analytics or reporting teams with a track record delivering complex quantitative data initiatives and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Skilled at sourcing high-value opportunities, writing clear problem statements, sizing impact, defining success metrics, and sequencing an analytics/AI roadmap
- Fluency in predictive analytics and generative AI/LLMs to evaluate solution approaches, guide experimentation, and translate results into business actions without needing to code
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication; adept at influencing Product, Sales, Risk, and Finance and presenting senior-ready recommendations
- Track record of piloting and scaling analytics applications, managing change and adoption, and reporting outcomes against OKRs/KPIs; agile, outcomes-focused operator
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership; ability to synthesize complex analysis for non-technical audiences
