Job Summary
Lead client engagements and originate new Trade & Working Capital solutions for multinational accounts as Deal Team Captain, coordinating with clients, credit, risk, legal, middle office and product management to drive successful sales outcomes and optimize client returns; serve as primary liaison between Trade & Working Capital and clients, shaping client targeting, relationship building, and market execution; pitch ideas to key executives (CFOs, Treasurers, CPOs) and collaborate with HQ bankers, product partners, and investment bank client executives to grow revenue in Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and related structures.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Sales, Relationship Management experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Trade and Working Capital Finance product set, especially Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance
- Proven experience in managing client relationships, including understanding key decision makers, business objectives, needs, and buying behavior
- Ability to foster strong partnerships with HQ and MNC bankers to enhance overall client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of how clients utilize products and the ability to identify what adds value to them
- Expertise in analyzing competitor offerings and developing strategies to differentiate JPMorgan in the marketplace
- Strong proficiency in credit, risk, loan, and syndication structuring to drive optimal loan returns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and market opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead initiatives that drive business growth
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs, and translate them into actionable strategies
