Job Summary
Associate in Trade & Working Capital, based in Seoul, supports origination, structuring and execution of ECA/DFI/MDB-backed financings; collaborates with coverage bankers, product partners, ECAs, and legal teams; prepares client materials and models; coordinates transaction execution; negotiates financing terms; maintains relationships with export credit agencies; delivers pipeline reporting and analytics; Proficiency in MS Office; fluent in Korean and English.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with debt financing solutions (e.g. ECA financing, project finance) strongly preferred
- Strong technical and financial skills with knowledge of cross-border loan documentation
- Project management capability to manage complex multi-party transactions
- Strong business communication and analytical skills
- Ability to carry out analysis for comparing alternative financing structures
- Ability to develop relationship management proficiencies with internal & external clients and leadership skills by acting as a go-to person for certain aspects of deal management
- Advanced skill in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Fluent in Korean and English
