Job Summary
Conduct direct patient contact by supporting providers in rooms, scribing, and assisting with injections. Perform office procedures including point-of-care lab testing, EKGs, spirometry, minor surgeries, biopsies, and immunizations. Provide patient education on disease risks and prevention while electronically documenting medical history and current illnesses. Maintain typing speed of 50 wpm accurately for medical documentation and function extensively on eClinicalWorks software. Full-time role with varying hours from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Covid vaccine is required
- Must be able to type 50 wpm accurately including medical terminology
- Have the interest/capacity to function extensively on eCW (eClinicalWorks) electronic medical record software
