Job Summary
Territory Sales Specialist in the Trade division focused on Hamilton, NZ, responsible for proactively hunting new business, deepening relationships with key accounts, and using market intelligence to outmaneuver the competition. Leverages brands BNT, Autolign, HCB, JAS to deliver value; works with branches, category managers, and key accounts to drive growth. Must have a proven B2B/trade sales track record, CRM familiarity, and strong communication and negotiation skills; seeks a confident, persistent hunter with a proactive, professional approach.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B or trade sales
- Several years experience in a sales role
- Confidence with CRM, customer profiling, and strategic territory management
- Strong written/oral communication and influencing skills
- A natural hunter mindset; one that is persistent, resilient, professional, and proactive
