Job Summary
Trade Team Leader responsible for leading a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, providing front-line technical support and product advice to Repco customers; coordinate driver delivery schedules; focus on coaching and development; safety-minded; requires valid driver’s licence; role includes lifting, bending, climbing and occasional driving duties. The position emphasizes applying automotive knowledge, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with store teams to ensure successful store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Safety mindset and commitment to a safe work environment
- Lead a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters with coaching and development focus
- Provide front-line technical support and product advice to Repco customers on technical and sales inquiries
- Coordinate delivery schedules for drivers
- Demonstrate mechanical and automotive parts knowledge
- Sound computer skills for store operations
- Availability to work alternating weekends
- Hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) and assist with deliveries from time to time
- Willingness to perform lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving duties
