Job Summary
Senior Trade Support role focusing on end-to-end trade operations and structured finance processes. The Associate II will execute daily trading operations, monitor and reconcile accounts, prepare and analyze trading reports, and serve as a primary Middle Office contact for structured lending transactions. Responsibilities include coordinating with structuring, trading, Credit Risk, and operations to close new structured finance deals, running hypothetical deal scenarios to ensure deal-trigger compliance, monitoring market value and portfolio-related triggers, and servicing buy-side client inquiries (hedge funds and asset managers). The role also involves mentoring junior team members, managing ad-hoc projects, and driving process improvements through automation and stakeholder collaboration. Strong emphasis on market knowledge, compliance with trading regulations, and ability to leverage technology and data-driven insights; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with trading platforms; prior experience in trading or financial services and the capability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
