Job Summary
Trading Services Analyst at JPMorganChase focuses on execution, settlement, and trade-operations support for trading and portfolio management. Responsibilities include resolving escalations from traders/clients/brokers, review/implementation of processes and procedures, daily trade clearing and position/expiry management, leveraging data platforms for insights, leading cross-functional teams to solve operational issues, and facilitating training on new applications and system changes. Emphasis on data-driven process improvement, collaboration with internal stakeholders across regions, and development of presentation skills for communicating insights.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Deep technical knowledge of Derivatives in an Operations environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with data analytics
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with trade clearing, settlement, or related processes
- Knowledge of futures and options is a plus
