Job Summary
Trade Support Associate for JPMorgan's TCIO Middle Office in North America. Responsible for understanding transaction flows and controls for TCIO products, escalating issues, coordinating collateral movements and funding with the Funding Front Office, ensuring accurate capture of activities with CIO Portfolio Managers, identifying technology opportunities to support business processes, and generating test cases and executing user acceptance testing to verify new systems. Also participates in global initiatives, builds strong business and technology relationships, and maintains a rigorous control mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of Trade Support or relevant Finance Operations experience
- Strong analytical skills to understand cross-asset products and end-to-end workflows
- Detail-oriented with a strong control mindset and experience in reconciliation across multiple systems
- Effective organization and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and system enhancement
- Extensive financial instrument product knowledge
- Authorized to work in the United States (no immigration sponsorship offered)
