Job Summary
Trade Support Analyst responsible for end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally, monitoring ongoing support needs, driving continuous improvement and risk reduction, ensuring timely escalation/resolution of inquiries, addressing ad hoc queries, and facilitating training for new application users. Collaborates with business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, release schedules, and requirements for future enhancements/products; requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, professional communication, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; 2-3 years financial industry experience is typical; attention to detail, organization, and ability to work with stakeholders across the front office, operations, and technology are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of financial industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
- Highly disciplined, self-starter, ability to execute independently
- Team player with high level of professionalism
- Attention to detail with strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business
- Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment with creative and strategic thinking
