Trade Support Analyst - Asia Commodities Physical Operations

Trade Support Analyst within Asia Commodities Physical Operations delivering operational and logistical support for physical commodities sales and trading desks. Ensure controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basis. Collaborate with Front office, Operations, Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to resolve client queries; build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, clients, vendors, and operations teams globally. Identify and deliver process improvements to increase efficiency, enhance control, and reduce manual touchpoints. Communicate clearly with support teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of queries. Participate in and contribute to strategic initiatives and change programs.
