Job Summary
Coordinate logistics and execution of trade shows and retail merchandising programs, including booth planning, shipping, setup, and teardown; manage trade show calendars, vendor communication, and on-site execution support; assist in developing and executing retail display programs (fixtures, signage, merchandising materials); partner with Sales to support customer-specific display needs and promotional programs; track and manage inventory of trade show and display assets; coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials; support post-event analysis and ROI tracking; 25-35% travel for trade shows, customer visits, and retail support; bachelor’s degree preferred and 1–3 years’ relevant experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; hybrid work arrangement in Omaha, NE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, event coordination, merchandising, or related field
- Experience supporting trade shows or retail merchandising programs preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
