Job Summary
Design and implement a scalable field lead generation program via trade shows, events, and canvassing; build the playbook, SOPs, and scripts; hire and develop market-level Program Coordinators; launch 3–5 pilot markets in Year 1 with functioning, performance-driven teams; define success metrics (lead generation, demo volume, cost per lead) and build reporting to track them; own KPIs across the channel (leads generated, demos set, cost per lead); manage market budgets and resources; travel nationally to launch and support markets; multi-market, full-time leadership role focused on building a national events-driven lead generation engine.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading field teams, canvassing operations, or multi-market event programs
- Strong operator with high standards, accountability, and a bias toward execution
- Data-driven decision making
- Ability to recruit, train, and build high-performing teams
- Willingness to travel nationally
