Job Summary

Lead on-site coordination for trade shows by serving as the primary contact for contractors, clients, and exhibit houses. Oversee move-in/move-out logistics, resolve service issues in real time, and ensure quality standards while managing booth placement and delivery flow. Handle pre/post show administrative work including scheduling, documentation, invoicing prep, and expense paperwork. Act as the main point of contact for General Contractors, maintain relationships through regular service calls, and supervise temporary labor and unionized crews. Audit orders, verify inventory, and communicate delivery plans during pre-con meetings. Be available for customer calls and last-minute changes, including nights, Saturdays, and Sundays, with an on-call rotation. This role requires 25% travel and involves lifting up to 20 pounds.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver license
  • Current valid insurance
  • Clean MVR for the past 3 years
  • Able to work a varying schedule
  • Willing to travel approximately 25% of the time
  • Reliable transportation to travel to trade show locations
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
