Job Summary
Outside sales role responsible for building the Pella brand in the trade industry as the premier choice for window and door solutions. Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and remodelers, generate new trade customers, manage account growth, and provide consultative product solutions across Pella offerings. Independently set work hours, travel to customer sites and events, educate customers on installation guidelines and measurements, leverage CRM to track interactions, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Must be able to network, qualify opportunities, respond to client concerns, and work evenings and weekends as needed. Baltimore, MD-based with focus on the trade channel and field-based activities.
