Job Summary
Trade Sales Representative at Glass Outlet responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and strengthening trade customer relationships across Glass Outlet's product range. Serves as the first point of contact for customers in-store, processes sales transactions, quotes, and orders, offers product advice and solutions to meet customer requirements, and identifies opportunities to increase sales and expand customer accounts. Works closely with branch operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to maintain store presentation, support delivery timelines, and contribute to branch sales targets and overall performance across Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in trade sales
- Customer service experience in retail/trade environments
- Building products, construction, manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution industries experience
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with builders, contractors, installers, and fabricators
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide technical guidance
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to branch performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team collaboration with branch operations, warehouse, and customer service
