Job Summary

Trade Sales Representative responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals by calling on builders and contractors in Wichita, KS, through strong relationship-building with new and existing customers. Develop and deliver sales presentations, close sales, and review blueprints to generate quotes for window and door packages. Lead contractor and showroom sales meetings and support customer project needs, while staying up-to-date on company products and industry trends. Requires outside sales experience in construction/building materials and comfort with reviewing plans and quoting windows/doors; window & door or millwork experience is preferred. Must maintain focus on territory growth, product knowledge, and ongoing learning to drive performance and customer loyalty.
