Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound logistics for domestic proteins within the Swift Trade Group, including contract management in SAP and inventory oversight. Work with ocean carriers and domestic logistics providers to execute purchases and sales, while monitoring accounts receivables for timely payments. Assist in completing accurate export documentation for international sales and manage vendor invoices to ensure proper accruals. This role supports the Swift Trade Group's operations at the Corporate Office in Greeley, CO, with a base salary of $59,000-$69,000. Travel to other facilities and events may be required as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Previous logistics and documentation experience
- Experience in SAP
- BS/BA degree preferred in Agricultural Business, Animal Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields or equivalent career experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of agricultural supply chains and associated markets
- Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate
- Must be able to perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
