Job Summary
The Trade Relations Pharmacist will play a key role in the rebates and drug manufacturer contracts program, focusing on the administration, analysis, pricing, and optimization of processes for rebate and manufacturer contracts. Responsibilities include supporting rebate staff, overseeing workflow, conducting decision support analysis for RFPs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and at least two years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required
- Two (2) years of healthcare/pharmacy or PBM industry experience required
- Proven examples of displaying the PBD values: Trusted Advisor, Innovative, Excellence, Guardianship, Dedication and Caring
- Ability to synthesize data related to various market trends, product changes and financial metrics to recommend pricing or pricing strategy
- Effectively handle shifting assignments and priorities to meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
