Job Summary
Manage daily trade parts operations by assisting the Parts Manager, completing vehicle health checks, and ensuring accurate stock control. Process customer orders and returns efficiently while answering inquiries and providing excellent customer care at retail and workshop areas. Log stock discrepancies with the manager and maintain precise administrative functions to keep the department running smoothly. Work Monday to Friday with Saturday rota coverage, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team for hiring decisions.
