Job Summary
Trade Optimization Manager to support CVS and Walgreens sales for Kimberly-Clark. Responsibilities include optimizing customer plans within brand guidance and strategic trade investment; defining suggested retail pricing, list prices, retailer margins, and discount curves; developing Promotion Strategy by brand/PPG (depth, frequency, duration, copromotion partners, promotion structure); analyzing category, competitor, and consumer data to support recommendations; understanding channel pricing relationships to reduce channel conflict; building learnings and methodologies for sustainable trade architecture; delivering in-year financials and driving gap management actions; contributing to development of new solutions and capabilities; and communicating data-driven recommendations to influence implementation. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative field, 5+ years of relevant experience with leadership across multi-category CPG, strong analytical skills, proficiency with market analytics tools, and effective written and verbal communication. The role offers a flexible, hybrid remote model with local Chicago placement, competitive salary range ($116,380–$143,740) and benefits, and does not provide relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge. Master’s degree a plus.
