Trade Operations Associate

Handle all incoming counterparty settlement requests within a pre-agreed timeframe and act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of counterparties. Track progress against assigned KPIs while ensuring trades, transfers, and inventory reconciliation occur across internal and external systems including banks and custodians. Monitor daily inventory needs for settlement, lending, and borrowing activity by liaising directly with Treasury Management. Provide inputs to compliance and risk teams regarding controls in the evolving regulatory landscape and ensure timely trade and settlement data delivery to Accounting. Perform reconciliations between internal and external systems to identify and resolve data breaks, while continuously improving processes to ensure completeness. This role requires 4-8 years of experience in trading firms, hedge funds, or investment banks, with a preference for candidates in Bangalore.
