Job Summary
Trade Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing personalized marketing plans for key accounts, monitoring performance metrics across marketing programs, designing promotional campaigns, establishing KPIs, executing plans from commercial forecasts, overseeing loyalty programs for B2B and B2C channels, coordinating B2B events and training, supervising merchandising and POP implementations, administering merchandising inventory, driving sell-in/sell-out initiatives across channels, managing budgets and purchase orders, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and ethics in marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related
- 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail or automotive industries
- English intermediate level
- Analytical and KPI management expertise
- Sell-In, Sell-Out, and market knowledge
- Project management and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric orientation and teamwork
- Business ethics and brand compliance
