Job Summary
The Trade Merchandising Lead will report to the Director, Trade Merchandising, driving the end-to-end process of planning, development, and execution for in-store displays that support SharkNinja’s product portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and maximizing shelf conversion. Responsibilities include display planning and coordination across accounts, cross-functional collaboration with China and NPD planners, creating display materials and labels, tracking milestones and budgets, forecasting and coordinating orders and shipping, root-cause analysis for display issues, vendor and stakeholder management, ensuring retailer guidelines are followed, and overseeing PO creation and display setup in retailer portals. The role requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2-5 years in retail/merchandising, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, advanced MS Office skills, and excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience
- 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to retail or merchandising environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build, develop and maintain solid relationships
- Proven analytical, organizational and time management skills
