Job Summary
Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant activations for the DACH region's Wholesale and Concession channels. Lead and execute Trade Marketing campaigns aligned with commercial priorities, ensuring consistency across partners while acting as the primary marketing contact for local sales teams. Collaborate with commercial, product, and global brand teams to drive alignment, manage the DACH Trade Marketing budget with a focus on ROI, and optimize campaign KPIs. This hybrid role requires onsite presence Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays, reporting directly to the Head of Trade Marketing EMEA. Fluent in German and English, you will support commercial growth through effective marketing execution within Fossil Group's international team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Trade Marketing role
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Comfortable using digital tools, including Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Work onsite from Monday through Thursday
- Flexibility to work remotely on Fridays
