Job Summary
Trade Marketing Representative in Fort Myers, FL responsible for implementing comprehensive sales and merchandising programs for retail accounts within a designated geographic territory, with regular travel throughout the state and potential overnight stays. The role focuses on driving sales growth, planning visits based on sales data, ensuring product placement aligns with planograms, educating store staff, and leveraging local knowledge to inform planning. Required capabilities include strong communication, analytical skills, negotiation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with Synergy reporting, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are needed.
Required Qualifications
- College Graduates are welcome
- A minimum of a High School Diploma is required, with further education or experience in CPG sales (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid commercial understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong selling skills, with a focus on the Double Win approach
- Knowledge of Synergy (reporting & data)
- Strong analytical skills
