Job Summary

Trade Marketing & Category Manager at KoRo focuses on developing and executing category-driven trade activation strategies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining commercial tools (sell-in decks, category reviews, planogram recommendations, range architecture, POS materials), crafting category stories for retail buyers backed by consumer insights and panel data, and aligning category strategy with the KAM team. You will track sell-out performance dashboards by account/channel, produce competitive analyses (pricing, promotions, shelf placement, range evolution), and translate data into actionable insights for commercial, product, and marketing teams. You’ll co-construct activation calendars with sales and marketing, own end-to-end activation deployment, manage field operations in collaboration with the Sales Manager, develop co-activation opportunities with partner brands, negotiate with retail partners for premium visibility, and manage trade agency partners from brief to debrief with accountability on creativity, quality, timing, and budget. The profile calls for 5–8 years of experience in trade marketing or category management (ideally in FMCG), deep understanding of retail buying logic, proficiency with panel data (Nielsen/Circana or equivalent), proven experience in building trade strategy and end-to-end activations, fluent English, and being based in IDF with travel flexibility.
