Job Summary
Coordinate product resets and new launch readiness using retailer syndication platforms like Syndigo and IX-One. Organize packaging files, claims, imagery, and launch materials while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to keep projects on track. Assist with trade marketing materials, retailer requests, and administrative needs. Research trends, partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities aligned with brand strategies. Support event planning, sourcing, logistics, and on-site execution by coordinating with creative partners and internal teams. Maintain organization of marketing assets and shared resources. Contribute ideas and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment supporting Bubbies, wildbrine, and other fermented food brands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of relevant internship or professional experience in marketing, trade marketing, events, CPG, agency, or project coordination environments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas and problem solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with marketing project management tools, retailer syndication platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or social platforms is a plus
