TRADE MARKETING ANALYST JR

Job Summary
Support the execution of trade marketing initiatives to increase visibility, rotation, and sales of private label and third-party brands. Collaborate with senior analysts and the sales team to ensure execution of brand strategies across the assigned portfolio, focusing on learning, support, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include executing trade marketing strategies at the point of sale under guidance, coordinating in-store promotions and activations, monitoring basic brand KPIs (stock availability, POP execution, display visibility), assisting with budget control and reporting, coordinating with POP material suppliers, and supporting new product launch activities and catalog management in the required portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in: marketing, Business administration, industrial engineering, or equivalent is required
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in Trade Marketing, marketing in mass consumption companies, or food and beverage industries. Data analysis experience is a plus
- Language Ability: English and Spanish proficiency
- Proficiency in office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and basic SAP; Power BI for data visualization and reporting
