Job Summary
Process incoming trades from front-end capture systems into clearing venues and deliver confirmations via third-party mechanisms like Markitwire or Refinitiv. Liaise with brokers and customers to resolve non-delivery issues, amend trades where permitted, and ensure timely entry into clearing systems. Perform daily operational controls, including brokerage reconciliation, intersystem reconciliation, and EOD task checklists, while maintaining accurate audit trails and up-to-date SOPs. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and support the trade lifecycle from initial booking through execution. Work closely with the front office and risk teams to facilitate trade booking and brokerage calculations, adhering to strict settlement timelines and SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- Essential University graduates (Bachelor degree or above), or with equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Good underlying knowledge of cross asset classes, including Rates, FX Forwards, Money Market, Fixed Income and/or Equity Derivatives
- Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot, etc.)
- Have experience managing trade flow, ideally from a financial services background
- Able to show evidence as to products knowledge
- The ability to communicate effectively with the front office
- Able to meet tight deadlines and cut-off times
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive mindset and attitude
- Creative and consistent
- Willing to work on public holidays with rotations

- Skills as a bonus to the role – AI, Power Automate, Python, Low-code-No-code, Data integration, etc.
- Some experiences in projects, system migration or UAT
- Continuous improvement mindset in both BAU processes and personal objectives
