Senior Trade Lifecycle Associate responsible for overseeing pre- and post-trading lifecycle operations across all asset classes, ensuring trades are processed on respective platforms, coordinating cash movements in/out of client accounts, and driving process improvements and automation. Requires strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, stakeholder engagement, change management, market product knowledge, and data/tech literacy to optimize operations in a complex financial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or equivalent expertise in managing operations of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across diverse asset classes.
- Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions for complex issues in a financial setting.
- Proven experience in driving process improvements and automation initiatives in a trading environment, with a focus on optimizing operations and enhancing efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in establishing productive relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting to senior management, and managing change effectively in a dynamic financial environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of market product definitions, operating procedures, and current industry/market practices and regulations.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
